Cofidi Sviluppo Imprese

Cofidi Sviluppo Imprese is a Consortium based on mutualistic principles and is non-profit in nature. It was established in 1981 with the aim of providing guarantees to associated small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to facilitate their access to credit. Today, Cofidi Sviluppo Imprese is an intermediary registered in the Cofidi Minori OCM (Consortia for the Guarantee of SMEs) under Article 112, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 385/1993. It represents a significant credit hub, offering alternative financing tools to SMEs.

The consortium operates nationally, with its legal and operational headquarters in Potenza, and serves businesses across all economic sectors. It has agreements with active banks to provide particularly advantageous terms and interest rates for its members.

Cofidi Sviluppo Imprese benefits from public contributions provided by the Chamber of Commerce, the Region, the Ministry of Economic Development, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Additionally, the consortium manages a Special Fund under Law 108/96 with the objective of preventing the spread of usury among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MPMIs).
